Payment and Delivery Methods
Generally, our books must be prepaid. Payment may be made by the following methods:
1. By credit card online (for small numbers of copies only). ONLY VISA AND MASTERCARD CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED.This is by far the quickest and most efficient method of making a purchase. The transaction should take slightly less than thirty seconds (depending on the infrastructure of the cardholder's bank). All customers' credit card information is given on the bank's secure site (EFG Eurobank Ergasias), and no credit card information is provided on the merchant's (Anagnosis) site.

2. By sending your credit card details to Anagnosis, which will make the transaction with the bank for you.
In order for us to do this, we need the following information ONLY:
1. The card number
2. The date of expiry as on the card, e.g. 05-06
These may be sent by email or by fax (++30 210 6254 089) or part by email and part by fax. In Greece details may be telephoned to 210 6254 654.
This is almost as quick and equally efficient.
3. Using the post office 'payment on delivery' service (Greece only).
Whichever method is used, please indicate the FULL POSTAL ADDRESS for the delivery of the books, including state and area, post or zipcode; otherwise, experience shows, books may be returned to us undelivered.
Anagnosis can accept payment in euro only.
Please note that payment by credit card by-passes all currency exchange problems.
Orders are sent by regular air freight.
If the customer specifies a particular courier service, this will entail an extra charge which may be substantial.
Your books should be received anywhere in the world within ten working days of making your order. Allowance should be made for holiday seasons in both the country of despatch and the country of receipt.
Please note that shipping times cannot be guaranteed. They are only estimates based on the carriers' delivery times, and do not include Customs processing.
